Tropical Mac Nut Hawaiian Stuffing

1 cup butter
1 ½ cup chopped onion
1 ½ cup chopped garlic
1 ½ cup chopped celery
3 cups diced fresh Maui Gold pineapple
1 ½ cup peeled and diced Papaya
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 ½ tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
1 ½ cup unsalted, chopped macadamia nuts
7-8 cups diced King’s Hawaiian Sweet Bread

In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion, garlic and celery. Add fruits and seasonings and simmer until heated through. Toss lightly with macadamia nuts and bread. Serve as a side dish with your thanksgiving turkey. Yield: Stuffing for about a 10-pound turkey
