The Meaning
Center
The center of the logo represents Ulupalakua and celebrates the preservation of its beauty and the historical significance of what was once the beloved and hospitable Rose Ranch.
Left
The left portion of the logo represents the pineapple from which our signature pineapple wines are made. As king of the fruits and a symbol of hospitality, the pineapple serves as the perfect basis for a refreshing Maui wine and is an integral aspect of our brand.
Right
The right portion of the logo appropriately represents the commitment to agriculture that MauiWine cherishes. This agricultural heritage – cultivating vineyards in the rich and unique volcanic soil of Haleakala – is what produces the exclusive estate wines characteristic only of the Ulupalakua Vineyards brand.
Logo Specifications
The primary use of the MauiWine logo is the two-color version. When color or printing restrictions prevent its use, the logo may be used in one color: Pantone 5185 C.
The negative space inside the three teardrops should always remain transparent, allowing the background color to show through.
The logo may appear over color, illustrations, or photographic backgrounds, provided its legibility and overall quality are not compromised.
Color Specifications
There are three primary colors in all the logo variations. And they can be used interchangeably depending on the various needs of the logo use. All colors are Pantone Solid Coated.
