Sparkling

There are no shortcuts

From the Very Start

MauiWine began with an ambitious vision: to produce traditional method sparkling wine in one of the world's most extraordinary places. More than fifty years later, that aspiration continues to shape who we are – and where we're headed.

“You can’t imitate what time does.”

Right at Home

Few wines are more closely tied to celebration than sparkling wine. It's poured to mark life's biggest moments, shared among friends and family, and meant to bring people together.

For generations, our historic estate has welcomed guests to gather, celebrate, and raise a glass together. Sparkling wine feels perfectly at home here, where celebration has always been part of life.

Worth the Wait

Traditional method is the most demanding way to produce sparkling wine, requiring years of patience, meticulous attention to detail, and countless hands-on decisions along the way. While there are faster paths, we continue to embrace the original method because we believe exceptional wines are worth waiting for.

Every bottle reflects the time, care, and the people behind it—a celebration of the craft that inspired MauiWine from the very beginning.
