Introducing Maui Kuʻia Estate Chocolate

In celebration of National Chocolate Day, we are introducing Maui Kuʻia Estate Chocolate at the winery. Shop these locally made, high-quality chocolates in our boutique, or enjoy a bar with a pour of Lehua Raspberry Wine in the tasting room.

The focus of Maui Kuʻia Estate Chocolate is to create some of the highest quality chocolate in the world while also emphasizing the importance of our intimate island community. 100% of Kuʻia’s net profits are donated to locally based nonprofit organizations.

We are carrying Dark Chocolate, Dark Milk Chocolate with Peppermint, and Dark Milk Chocolate with Maui Coffee.

The Perfect Pair

The semi-sweet 65% dark chocolate is made from heirloom cacao cultivated on a single estate in the Esmeraldas province of Ecuador. It is made in the European style with ample cocoa butter and a silky texture, with a rich cocoa base, subtle fruit and floral aromas, no bitterness and a clean, lingering finish.

Lehua is decadent, pure and juicy, with a long-lasting finish. Remaining simple in composition yet meticulous in process is the key to this wine. Hand-picked raspberries, Haleakalā rainwater, pure cane sugar and grape neutral spirits are the only ingredients. Pair Lehua with Maui Kuʻia 65% Dark Chocolate from Esmeraldas, Ecuador.
