When do the wines ship?
Wines ship in May and November. Anniversary Wine Club will receive their yearly shipment in the month they designate.
When will I know when my wine has shipped?
You will be notified 2 weeks prior to your wines being shipped.
Will I be able to substitute wines before they're shipped?
Unfortunately no. However, we can add any of your preferred wines to your shipment with at least 7 days advanced notice.
Can I transfer memberships?
Your wine club membership benefits belong solely to you and therefore can not be shared, transferred or extended to others.
How do I cancel my membership/what is my commitment?
Please call us or send an e-mail to clubmembers@mauiwine.com to cancel at any time after your first 2 consecutive shipments. If you must cancel anytime prior to receiving your first to shipments there is an $89 fee.
What is my shipping cost per shipment?
Wither you have the 6 or 12 bottle membership, your shipping cost will be approximately $35 each shipment.
Who can receive my wine shipment?
It is absolutely essential that there is an adult, 21 years of age or older, at the shipping address you provided at the time of your enrollment, to legally provide a signature and receive your shipment. You may consider using a business address to minimize the possibility of missing a delivery attempt.
Can I pick up my shipment directly at MauiWine?
Yes, we encourage you to pick up your wine directly. If you are currently arranged to have your wine shipped please notify us within 7 days so that we can hold your shipment for you.
