It’s Always Rosé Season!
At MauiWine we believe it’s always Rosé season! As we transition from Summer into Fall we are still reaching for the 2019 Ulupalakua Vineyards Rosé. We love how well this wine has integrated and developed over the last few months. The floral characteristics of red tulips and lemon verbena playfully dance with cranberry, pomegranate, and ruby red grapefruit. This medium weight rosé is a great companion to bolder food pairings, making it perfect for fall pairing with: margarita pizza, bouillabaisse, apple-walnut-goat cheese salad, roasted chicken with rosemary, turkey with cranberry sauce, roasted sweet potatoes, butternut squash soup, fish crudo, and pad thai.
