A guided tasting of expertly selected wines paired with small bites; led by a knowledgeable Hospitality Team Member in the historic Rose Ranch bar.

  • Typically, Thursdays at 1 p.m. 90 minutes.
  • Reservations are available for groups of 8 or less.
  • $95 per person, not including taxes or gratuity. A discount will apply to all wine bottle purchases.
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance - your card on hold will be charged 100% of the ticket price.
    Cancellations made 25-72 hours in advance - your card on hold will be charged 50% of the ticket price.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The Tasting Table is an exploration of place and flavor. Guests are guided through an intimate, hyper-curated journey of five purposeful pairings—three featuring our Ulupalakua Vineyards label—each thoughtfully matched with a food bite. As you sip and savor, you’ll discover the stories of Ulupalakua. We’ll talk about cultivating grapes on Maui, crafting wines from pineapple, and making Traditional Method sparkling wines on-site.

This is an intimate experience where each pairing opens new connections between food, wine, and history. We’ll guide you through a pre-set tasting of our boutique wines and talk story about cultivating grapes on Maui, crafting wines from pineapple, and making Traditional Method sparkling wines on-site.

  • Tickets are not pre-paid. Credit card provided at booking is usable in the event of a no-show/cancellation. A bill for your experience and additional orders will be presented at the time of joining us.
